Project HD Vision
Greater Golf Charities, Inc is a registered Pennsylvania Non-Profit Company. Our website is under constuction. When it is completed you will be redirected to it. In the meantime you can still help with our projects by reading and following the links below.
Our mission is to provided for our troops both on and off the battle field. With that in mind, our latest project is Project HD Vision. The goal of this project is to supply our Soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan with the BEST HD vision wear possible.
The photos below show were taken on a sunny day following a snow storm. The left photo was taken without an HD lense. The right photo was taken through a Maxx Foam HD lense. Notice how much more defined and less glare the photo on the right has.

To do this we are partnering with Maxx Sunglasses. Not all sunglasses are created equal and in our opinion the Maxx HD sunglass line is the ultimate in HD vision. Our initial goal was to send over 10,000 pairs by the end of January. I am said to say we fell well short of this goal. It is not to late to help us with this project, just click on one of the links below.
In addition to the sunglasses we will send $2 from each pair of sunglasses donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
These glasses are already being used in both Iraq and Afghanistan by hundreds of deployed troops with most coming out-of-pocket.
This s a big project for us and an important one, but to succeed we need your help. You may also donate your good condition used golf clubs. You will receive a donation receipt for the trade-in value so that you may deduct your donation at tax time. We ask that you do not send clubs that are in poor condition or more than 10 years old.

If you are local, you may drop them off at our retail store at 225 Harrison Ave, Endicott, NY 13760. All donated clubs will be sold on eBay with the proceeds going to our charity projects.
